Seunnla Adelusi is an award-winning scholar, academic consultant, and mentor with a proven track record of securing competitive scholarships and guiding students to achieve their academic goals. She has personally earned over $200,000 in scholarships and grants across Europe, Canada, and the United States, including the prestigious Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship, Canada’s highest award for doctoral students who demonstrate exceptional leadership, academic excellence, and research achievements.

Bukky Smith is a communications strategist, mentor, and social impact leader with a track record of creating campaigns that drive tangible results. She has led digital initiatives, built high-engagement digital communities, and designed programmes that empower young people to develop clarity, confidence, and actionable skills. Through Young and Mentored, Bukola combines her expertise in storytelling, mentorship, and digital strategy to support the next generation in navigating opportunities, challenges, and personal growth.

Mkpouto Pius is a genomics researcher, public health practitioner, and healthtech entrepreneur committed to advancing equitable and personalized healthcare solutions for global populations. She is a Gates Cambridge Scholar and earned an MPhil in Genomic Medicine from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Biotechnology and Enterprise from the University of Manchester, and a First-Class BSc in Genetics and Biotechnology from the University of Calabar, where she graduated as overall best student.
